Our Investment Casting Process
We use advanced 3D CAD and wax pattern techniques to manufacture precision parts with minimal tooling. Our process includes:
- 3D printing or tooling of wax patterns
- Ceramic shell moulding
- Molten metal casting
- Post-processing (heat treatment, finishing, testing)
