Waxroom & Investment Area Team Leader

Full Time (Mon–Fri, half day Fridays)

We’re hiring a hands-on Team Leader to run day-to-day production across our Waxroom & Investment areas in Irlam, Manchester. You’ll lead, coach and organise the team to deliver the plan safely, hit KPIs, maintain quality, and keep our ERP (EFACS) data accurate with a strong focus on 5S and continuous improvement.
