Dean Group International - Inspiring the Next Generation as we support Irlam Academy’s Work Experience Programme

This Week Dean Group International were delighted to attend the 'Year 10' Work Experience Assembly at Irlam Academy. Our Managing Director Pulkit Ahuja was invited to present and speak to students and their parents about the work experience opportunities available within our foundry.

As a long-standing partner of Irlam Academy, we’re proud to support our local high school by offering work experience placements to students with an interest in engineering and manufacturing. These placements give young people the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a real insight into how a UK foundry operates.

Our HR Manager Tara Soobhug also attended the event to speak with students and their parents after the presentation, answering questions they had about our work experience placements and discussing their career interests in engineering.
