Our facility in Manchester is a very efficient modern facility which has automation and robotics in the investment area. Its primary function is to manufacture Investment castings for customers with the following requirements:

• Small to medium casting runs
• Infrequent order patterns
• Short lead time
• Fast prototypes
• Some customers don't want their product made abroad
• Development projects that start small can be made in Manchester. When teething problems have been eradicated and the volumes increase, production is moved to China to gain commercial savings
• Our high volume customers who have products made in China, sometimes lay duplicate tools down, these tools are an insurance in case a disaster strikes.

Our facility is also fully equipped to handle large volumes of castings from China, both in terms of inspection but also storage. Many of our large customers benefit from this large storage facility as we can deliver from stock straight to your line within days.

Our continued success is the geographical repositioning of many customers product through work in process, material handling, packing with delivery of the completed goods to the customer, having the right item at the right quantity at the right time for the right price.

Our Logistics Dept is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of customer product ordering systems, easily adapting to the increasing complexity of the customers production requirements with rescheduling and delivering the product in an increasingly globalized demanding market.
