Celebrating 30 Years of Service and Wishing Bernard Morrisey a Happy Retirement!

At Dean Group International, we take great pride in recognising the dedication and achievements of our people, and at the end of May, we had the privilege of celebrating a truly special milestone as Bernard reached an outstanding 30 years of service with the company before embarking on his well-deserved retirement.

Over the past three decades, Bernard has made a significant contribution to the business through his commitment, professionalism and expertise. His knowledge, experience and dedication have earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues across the organisation, and his presence will be greatly missed.

To mark this remarkable occasion, colleagues gathered for a special presentation celebrating both Bernard's 30 years of continuous service and to wish him well for his retirement. The event was a fitting tribute to his career and included a number of heartfelt speeches that reflected on his contribution to the business and the impact he has had on those who have worked alongside him.

Bernard's line manager, Steve Baldwin, Quality and Technical Director and our Managing Director, Pulkit Ahuja, both spoke highly of Bernard and expressed their gratitude and appreciation for Bernard's many years of service.

Making the occasion even more memorable, our Group Chairman Chris Dean attended on behalf of the business owners and delivered a heartfelt speech in recognition of Bernard's milestone achievement and shared personal reflections on Bernard's commitment and achievements during his 30 year career and to personally wish him every happiness in his retirement.

To mark both his 30 years of service and retirement, Bernard was presented with a Long Service Award Certificate and his chosen gift, a new laptop, in recognition of his dedication, loyalty and contribution over the past three decades.
