Quality investment castings
DGI’ s key to success is based around the following statement; “quality product, delivered at the right time and at the right price”. It’s no accident that “quality” comes first; it doesn’t matter how quickly you get it or how cheap it is, if the quality is not right and the parts can’t be used then it’s expensive scrap, and nothing else matters. It’s not just the parts that you don’t get, it’s the knock on effects and disruption that it can cause, including damage to your reputation.
As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, DGI have just been re accredited by BSI to ISO 9001:2008, and we continue to invest in training and equipment to ensure our process controls become ever tighter and our reject levels ever lower.
DGI have a “right first time” philosophy which is intrinsic throughout the company and gives levels of confidence to our customers, who become reliant on DGI and become true supply partners.
