Dean Group goes from strength to strength!
As another financial year comes to a close at the end of June, the Dean group are delighted to announce another year of unprecedented growth.
Year end turnover projections have again been exceeded and the company continues to grow, based on its successful growth model of level and consistent UK manufacture and from its China sourcing partnerships.
Investment casting or lost wax casting still account for the majority of our turnover but probably the largest area of growth that we have seen in the last twelve months has come from our commercial grade investment casting business; in particular the area of fabrication conversion.
Until recently there was little option to a fabricated bracket; it was either a welded assembly or a rough and ready sand cast item that required significant post machining, which in turn made it non cost effective.
This new process offers the benefits of a cast bracket with increased dimensional stability, cast integrity and the ability to produce complex shapes.
The Dean Group are forecasting another year of growth, bucking the trend from many other companies who are feeling the economic downturn. For every crisis there is an opportunity and as companies feel the bite from increased raw material and energy costs and increased wage demands, the Dean Group can offer an opportunity to source investment castings, sand castings, die castings and other similar process at significantly lower costs.
