New Shanghai Office

Dean Group International are delighted to announce the opening of their new Shanghai office. The well established team has now expanded with five full time staff looking after Dean Groups network of investment casting, sand casting and die casting suppliers. Pictured are Lina and Sarah two new members of the team.

In addition to the Shanghai team we now employ a full time inspector at the investment casting foundry; his role is to implement the inspection procedures that we specify and to liaise with Dean Group directly on all quality related matters.

With all our sourced products, and especially investment castings/ lost wax castings, it’s essential to have complete process control. We go to great lengths to engineer all castings at the outset of any project, generating CAD models and simulating the casting to ensure we have the best possible design, which in turn gives a consistently good product.

But this is no good unless you have the trust and controls on the ground to ensure that the procedures and process controls are maintained.

Anyone can get a sample right first time; it’s keeping the quality right that’s the challenge, not just for the first production batch but for every production batch.
